Do you need to use any water or power outlets?
As our method uses very little water we do not require any water supply, although when we are requested to do machine polishing or to clean the interior of your car we might need to use the power plug for our machinery.
How to prepare my car for the washing?
We usually have no special requests before cleaning your car. Only if your vehicle is covered in thick mud, we recommend to rinse your car with water to lose or remove dry dirt before we can clean your car otherwise we will have to charge extra and/or cannot proceed to clean your vehicle. We also advise you to remove your valuables and empty your car`s boot if it`s cleaning is required.
What if I need to change or cancel the time/date of my booking?
Don’t worry, you can amend the time and/or cancel your booking by simply contact us via our contact page or by sending us a text message to 079 4120 8989. Please make sure you give us at least 24 hours of notice so we can guarantee a smooth service to all our customers.
How can I pay for your service?
At the moment we only accept card payments from our customers via Bank Transfer or even PayPal.
